WE KEEP THE PROCESS STREAMLINED
CPPM acts as a registered agent for the Residential Deposit Authority (RDA) .We collect security bonds and lodge these along with the appropriate paper work.(It is a legal requirement that all bonds are held at the RDA.) Most other property management agencies don't offer this service. We call for tenders for all maintenance work on an annual basis to make sure we receive the best possible rates and service for you. We have dedicated tradespeople available for all those “odd jobs" at very reasonable rates.
