Adam is a native New Zealander who joined Charlotte Peterswald Property Management in early 2013 after an extensive and varied career in Hospitality, Finance, Mining and Construction. Adam is responsible for properties located in Battery Point, South Hobart, Mt Nelson, Dynnyrne and Kingborough. He has completed his Diploma and excels in forming, lasting relationships with all our clients. Adam enjoys renovating and landscaping his own house, in between family time and discovering what the beautiful island of Tasmania has to offer.
Cathy is very knowledgeable of Real Estate in Hobart and surrounding Suburbs having previously worked within the industry as a Real Estate Sales Consultant. She prides herself on her professionalism, enthusiasm and is passionate about being successful within our Business. Cathy is a very proud mother and grandmother who loves spending time with her family and her four-legged fur babies. With her hobby being building and decorating miniature dollhouses, Cathy has a very keen eye to attention and detail.
Declan is Liz’s son and has been involved in the business since childhood. He was Tasmania’s youngest licensed Property Representative at age sixteen and has been working with us since 2017. As such he has a sound understanding of all aspects of Property Management. Declan is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and relishes the challenge that comes from the fact that every day, every property and every client is different.
Kayla commenced her career in Real Estate working as an Office Administrator for Charlotte Peterswald Property Management, where she quickly moved into the position of Portfolio Manager. Kayla has previously worked in Tourism and originally within the Retail sector. She has always had a passion for Real Estate and having been a tenant herself she has an appreciation for the importance of ongoing and timely communication and follow ups. Kayla has taken on the responsibility of our Northern Suburbs and Eastern shore portfolio and looks forward to developing long and lasting relationships with all our owners and tenants.
Liz M (as we refer to her), joined Charlotte Peterswald Property Management late in 2015 after an extensive and varied career. She brought with her strong administration and accounting skills and diligently oversees the commercial Trust Accounting aspects of our business. Being a very analytical person, Liz loves to ensure that everything is correct and balanced.
Liz holds a Diploma of Real Estate and has made a career of property management spanning over 23 years. Liz joined the company in 1999 and later purchased the business in 2010. Liz has built the business up to be one of the most highly regarded and successful property management businesses in Hobart. It is reassuring to know that Liz not only offers that continuity of service that is so essential in property management, but also that reassurance that comes from knowing you are dealing directly with the business owner.
Missy has recently joined the reception team on a casual basis and can assist with general enquiries. Missy recently graduated year 12 and is keen to gain additional work experience in an administrative role. Missy is very organised and self-motivated, her enthusiasm to achieve is both inspiring and infectious making her a great asset to our team.
Nicky started her career in Real Estate at Charlotte Peterswald Property Management in 2013 in the role as Receptionist. She has grown in knowledge and experience undertaking the role of Portfolio Manager and bringing in new business and clients in the Northern Suburbs. Nicky has gained her Diploma in Real Estate and is currently working part time assisting the Portfolio Managers while enjoying being a Mum.
Ruth holds a Diploma of Real Estate and has worked in the industry since 1994 specialising in Property Management for over twenty-five years both in Hobart and Western Australia. Ruth has a passion for customer service and attention to detail and is our expert on the Residential Tenancy Act. Ruth joined us in early 2012 when she moved across from Western Australia. Ruth looks after our extensive and busy Sandy Bay portfolio of properties.
Yevonne joined the team in 2016 and is a licensed Property Representative. Having begun her career in property management as the office administrator, Yevonne has worked her way up through the ranks to take on the demanding role of Business Development Manager. She is an extremely reliable and organised person with a passion for properties and loves meeting new clients. Being in investor herself, as well as a home owner and previous tenant (over the last 25 years in Hobart) she provides clients with the invaluable benefit of in-depth local knowledge.
