Great experience. The application process was proactive, quick, and clear, which saved my time and efforts in communicating.My agent really cares for my needs via providing useful advices during my lease transfer period and preparing a good rental condition.They also did maintenance and repairs in accordance to the outcome of condition reports.They have a good system to record the status of rental fee and of job request regarding repairs and maintenance.

Great attendance and support during the entire processCharlotte Peterswald team did a incredible job during my rental process in Sandy Bay. I was away due to my work and Yevonne managed to keep in contact and made it easy for me to be able to rent the place that I wanted.
